Here’s how our loan process works:
Step 1

Step 2
A mortgage specialist searches all the available mortgage products from lenders across Canada. These mortgage lenders include most of the big banks you are already familiar with, and also many specialty lenders you may have never even heard of. Lenders will compete for your business, and with us you need only request a quote once. We’ll shop around for the best deal on your behalf.
Step 3
We show you the best rates and terms available. If you like any of them and wish to proceed we collect a few documents and your mortgage is quickly approved by the lender.
